Mr. Bigelow will address numerous issues such as preventing costly execution errors especially during market volatility and how helping the client to determine the suitability of alternative investments and potential hazards of such investments. Bud will discuss the nuts and bolts of an E & O insurance policy. The structure of an insurance program for small businesses. Problems with group broker-dealer programs. How to identify the appropriate limit. The anatomy of a policy. Which policy should you buy.

Speaker Biography: Bud Bigelow is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cambridge Alliance, LLC. Bud's experience in the insurance industry dates from 1986 and includes a successful restructuring and turn around of a NYSE insurance company as its Chief Planning Officer; successful start-up of a professional liability insurance program for CPA's; and management of the currently offered E & O insurance program for Registered Investment Advisors and other financial professionals since September, 1992.
Bud is the author of several articles on professional liability insurance and loss prevention.
Bud holds a BS in Mathematics from Syracuse University; an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School; an advanced degree in accounting from the Kellogg School of Business of Northwestern University; and is a Certified Public Accountant.
